We’ve been supporting our dojang with custom embroidery for over 10 years and now we’re putting that experience to work for you. The beauty of embroidery is that it typically lasts as long as the item it’s sewn on. Whether it’s a martial arts belt, a dobok(gi), a jacket, or something completely unique, we bring the same personal care to every order.
Precision embroidery built for training gear that takes a beating. Perfect for clubs, dojangs, and individual practitioners.
From school uniforms to custom furniture fabric — if it can be hooped, we can embroider it.
Personalized gifts that truly last. Ideal for celebrations, milestones, and everyday keepsakes.
Our XT Bravo 16-needle embroidery machine is an industry workhorse. It has run multi-millions of stitches across over 100 colours, with many more possible. Using Design Shop software, we can load and distribute designs instantly to the machine.
Because we’re a small family business, you get personal service, fair prices, and fast delivery.
You Have an Embroidery File
Embroidery files are a special format that machines can read directly. If you already have a digitized design, send it over, we'll verify colours, and we can typically turn it around within a few days.
You Have a Picture or Logo
If you only have an image file (JPG, PNG, etc.), it needs to be digitized into a machine-readable format first. This may add a few days depending on complexity. Send it to us and we'll provide a digitizing quote.
You Only Need Text
Just specify your language, font, size, thread colour(s), and placement on the item. For non-Latin scripts, please supply your text in a digital format. Word or PDF works perfectly.
To embroider, every item must be placed into a hoop. We carry many hoop sizes, ranging from a compact 3.5" round all the way up to 11" × 13" rectangular. For very large jobs, we can run with multiple sequential hoop placements.
To the right we have 4 popular hooping examples. We have a lot more.
See our dojang window display for a real-world example of what multi-placement embroidery looks like.

We can accept many industry-standard embroidery file formats if you already have a digitized design. If you only have a raster image (JPG, PNG, etc.), it will need to be digitized first. For text-only orders, supply your content in a Word doc or PDF — especially for non-Latin scripts.
If you supply a ready-to-run embroidery file, we can typically turn your order around within a few days. If digitizing is required, add a few more days depending on design complexity. We’ll confirm the timeline when you place your order.
Digitizing converts a regular image file into a special format that embroidery machines can read, mapping every stitch path. If you only have a photo or logo image, you’ll need digitizing before we can run it. Send it to us and we’ll quote you based on the complexity.
Pricing is based on design time and the minutes required to set up and run the design on our machine. Larger or more complex designs with more stitches cost more to run. Simple text orders are generally the most affordable. Contact us with your details for a custom quote.
Yes. For non-Latin scripts including Korean (Hangul), please supply the text in a digital format. Word or PDF works well. We have pre-built digitizations for common Hangul used in Taekwondo and can create custom characters as needed.
We carry many hoop sizes ranging from 3.5″ round up to 11″ × 13″ rectangular. For very large designs, we can run multiple sequential hoop placements on a single item. Visit our dojang (taekwondo school) window display to see a real example.
Fill out the form with your item, quantity, and design details and we’ll reply within 2 business hours. You’re also welcome to call or drop in.
